RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Meet potential clients and conduct presentation for initial findings and explanation of Serunai services.
  • Conduct site visits to clients' place.
  • Provide costing, pricing and structure for relevent client certification.
  • Conduct training and coaching clients in getting the certification.
  • Provide advice on training materials and modules for the certification.

JOB REQUIREMENT:
  • Minimum 5 years of working experience in Halal certification

HALAL CERTIFICATION : SALES EXECUTIVE BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Actively researching for potential leads from business directories, web searches, or digital resources.
  • Analyzing companies' status of halal and other details.
  • To conduct analysis & research pertaining to each brand owners / companies as to determine potential of sales in selling services
  • To conduct daily cold calls to any potential clients

FULLSTACK DEVELOPERS (2 POSITIONS)

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Work with development teams and team lead to ideate software solutions
  • Design client-side and server-side architecture
  • Build the front-end of applications through appealing visual design
  • Develop and manage well-functioning databases and applications
  • Write effective APIs
  • Test software to ensure responsiveness and efficiency
  • Troubleshoot, debug and upgrade software
  • Build features and applications with a mobile responsive design

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
  • Minimum a Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Statistics or in relevant field
  • Experience as a Full Stack Developer or similar role
  • Experience in developing desktop or web applications
  • Familiar with common stacks
  • Knowledge of multiple front-end languages and libraries (e.g. HTML/ CSS, JavaScript, XML, jQuery)
  • Knowledge of multiple back-end languages (e.g. C#, Java, Python) and JavaScript frameworks (e.g. Angular, React, Node.js)
  • Familiar with databases (e.g. MySQL, MongoDB), web servers (e.g. Apache, IIS) and UI/UX design
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills

DATA ANALYST

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Work with Team Lead / Project Manager to test, document, deploy and deliver data integration, data management, data quality managemnet, big data design, deployment and administration for internal / external.
  • Communicate with Global Certification Bodies / Brand Owners on company products (on the data sharing e.g. SKU, Images, etc).
  • Provide second level support internally within department to internal / external product.
  • Provide training for in-house product development to internal / external clients.
  • Prepare documentation on the support product.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
  • Intermediate understanding of databases sush as SQL Server, MySQL, etc.
  • Understanding of reporting & data visualisation tools such as Business Object, PowerBi and Tableau.
  • Understanding of website scripts such as XML, Javascript, JSON.
  • Understanding of ETL framework and ETL tools Microsoft SSIS, etc.
  • Knowledgeable in Digital marketing analytics tools including Google 360, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and Adobe Marketing Suite will be added advantage.
  • Presentation skills - ability to write and deliver complex ideas in a way that is easy to understand.
  • Minimum Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Statistics, or relevent field.
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in related field.
